Abstract

The Integrative Bioinformatics Station is a suite of modules for data management and analysis developed by the integrative bioinformatics laboratory of The University of Texas MDAnderson Cancer Center. These modules are primarily developed as Matlab (MathWorks Inc) toolboxes with Graphic User Interfaces which are then compiled as stand alone freely downloadable applications. Most of these modules are also available with open source.
